If your player is interested in playing on a competitive team (AAA/AA/A/B), you must select and participate in the tryouts associated with the division.  The cost of tryouts are $120.00.

Registration fees (base and tryout fees) can be paid by credit card/visa debit or etransfer, in full or by 3-installments, due on September 15^th, October 15^thand November 15^th. If you are paying by etransfer, please send to treasurer@westhantswarriors.com with the players name in the comment field.

GrayJay does not have the option of setting up pending payments, so you must enter payment on the installment dates.  A reminder of payment will be sent by GrayJay on the due date.

If you have outstanding fees/charges from last season, a fee will be placed against your account. Please contact the treasurer regarding payment at treasurer@westhantswarriors.com

Upon Making a Competitive Team:

• Competitive fees are included in your team budget, giving teams the option to fundraise for this expense. This fee will be submitted as one payment from your team by your Team Manager, due January 15, 2024.
• Rep teams for U11, U13, U15 and U18  will play 1.5 hour games.  Extra costs for ice and refs, will be invoiced directly to your Team Manager.  U15C and U18C will have the option to pay additional ice costs outside the allotted 1.5 hours per week and will be invoiced through the Team Manager.
